PROTOTYPE DESIGN

Once we have gathered this data, we can reproduce parts for you or make improvements to enhance their finish, fit, or functionality.
DETAILED DESIGNS
The detailed design phase is where Soll3D takes the final prototype or model and develops a more refined version. During the prototype design stage, we establish basic methods and mechanisms but may overlook finer details to save time. In the detailed design stage, we incorporate any minor changes or improvements based on the evaluation of the prototype model. This phase primarily focuses on adding detail.
Here, we check the threads and fixings, add chamfers or radii, and consider how the part will be manufactured to ensure that no unnecessary steps are involved.
